Order Processing

• We aim to process and fulfill orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

• For items fulfilled in the U.S., orders typically ship within 7–12 business days.
  

Shipping Rates & Tariffs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and tariffs/duties are already included — no surprise fees upon delivery

• Some products ship from U.S. warehouses (faster delivery), unless its from EU
  then it could take a little longer

International Shipping

• We ship to many countries (check if your location is supported).

• Average international delivery is 10–15 business days (varies by location). 

• Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs charges (if applicable in their country).

Tracking & Notifications

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

• You can track your package using the link provided in the confirmation email or via your account dashboard.

Delays & Exceptions

• Shipping times may extend during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs hold-ups.

• If your package is delayed more than expected, contact us — we’ll assist with tracing or filing a claim.

Lost / Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out within 7 days of estimated delivery, and we’ll address the issue (refund or replacement) after investigation.
